Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

The platform allows users to:

• Search for tourism experiences.
• Compare services.
• Book tours, activities and excursions.
• Buy tickets and passes.
• Book accommodation.
• Hire transfers.
• Buy travel packages.
• Hire other tourism-related services.

2. Marketplace

Vive Santiago sells its own services and those of independent tour operators.

Each provider is responsible for:

• the proper delivery of the service;
• the information published;
• the particular conditions of the product;
• compliance with current tourism regulations.

Vive Santiago acts as a technological and commercial intermediary when the service is provided by a third party, unless it is expressly stated that the service is operated directly by Vive Santiago.

3. Registration

The user declares that all information provided is truthful, complete and up to date.

The user is responsible for the use of their account and for keeping their credentials confidential.

4. Contracting process

A contract is understood to be concluded only when:

• payment has been authorized;
• availability exists;
• the user receives official confirmation of the booking.

Until then, a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

5. Prices

All published prices are expressed in the currency indicated on the platform.

They may include or exclude taxes depending on the nature of the service, which will be stated before payment.

6. Payment methods

Payments may be made using the methods enabled on the platform.

Transactions are processed by specialized payment providers.

7. Liability

Vive Santiago is not liable for:

• weather conditions;
• closures of parks or tourist centers;
• strikes;
• natural disasters;
• health restrictions;
• force majeure;
• breaches attributable exclusively to the tour operator.

Where appropriate, Vive Santiago will assist in the handling between the customer and the provider.

8. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• provide truthful information;
• follow the operator's instructions;
• keep to schedules;
• carry the necessary documentation;
• respect safety rules.

9. Intellectual property

All site content belongs to Vive Santiago SpA or its respective owners.

Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

11. Amendments

Vive Santiago may amend these terms when necessary.

Amendments take effect upon publication.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.

Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to the rights that Law No. 19,496 grants to consumers.
