Before booking

General terms

Bookings and payment

Every booking is confirmed with prior payment and at least 48 hours in advance. Tours run in Spanish, English and Portuguese. WebPay refunds take 10 to 15 business days.

Cancellation policy
  • Up to 15 days before: 10% of the total is retained.
  • Up to 7 days before: 30% is retained.
  • Up to 48 hours before: 50% is retained.
  • Less than 48 hours before: 100% is retained.

Experiences with pre-purchased tickets (ticketed wineries, mountain and ski resorts) cannot be changed or cancelled once paid.

Transfers and pick up

Pick up takes place in Santiago's hotel district. Outside that area there is an extra charge of CLP 5,000 per person, as there is for luggage over 12 kg. Maximum waiting time at the meeting point is 10 minutes.

Force majeure

If an experience cannot run due to force majeure, it is rescheduled; if rescheduling is not possible, 100% is refunded. No refund applies if the event occurs during the excursion.
